Service Cancellation

As a travel planning service provider, phefxirechunxod offers consultation and itinerary creation services. Due to the customized nature of our services, cancellation and refund policies apply as follows:

Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you cancel your service request before we begin creating your itinerary:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but before consultation: 80% refund
  • Cancellation after consultation but before itinerary delivery: 50% refund

Cancellation After Service Delivery

Once your custom itinerary has been delivered:

  • Refunds are not available as the service has been completed
  • We may offer revisions or adjustments to your itinerary based on your feedback
  • Unused booking assistance services may be eligible for partial credit

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable

Modifications and Revisions

We understand that travel plans may change. We offer:

  • Free revisions to your itinerary within 30 days of delivery
  • Minor adjustments at no additional cost
  • Major itinerary changes may incur additional fees

Third-Party Bookings

Please note that:

  • Bookings made with third-party providers (accommodations, activities, etc.) are subject to their own cancellation policies
  • We are not responsible for refunds from third-party service providers
  • We recommend reviewing cancellation policies before confirming bookings
